A bill list without a bank login
You can keep a list of what’s due without handing an app your bank. SettledBills never asks for one. There is no SettledBills account to create, and no connection to a bank, a card network, or your transactions.
An account here is a name you type, such as Primary or Visa. It is the label on the row, so you know where the money is supposed to come from. The app does not see a balance, and it cannot move a payment.
You add what you already know: a name, an amount, how often it’s due, and which label pays it. Home shows this month’s due dates. All Bills is the bill itself — the name, the schedule, and the account. Marking paid records that you handled that date. It does not send money anywhere.
The list lives on this iPhone. Before you switch phones, export a backup from Settings. Delete the app without one and the bills go with it. If you type a company the app doesn’t already know, it may look up a logo. You can skip that and keep the name you typed. Your bills are still not sent to a bank.
The free plan includes 10 bills.
Where bills live, what an account is, and how a backup works are in the FAQ.
